I am a BPS Counselling Psychologist in Training working with a diverse client base, including adults, couples and young children, and have been practising for over five years, both within the context of a community setting and a clinical setting. Currently I work both privately and within the NHS. I aim to provide you with a safe place where you will feel able to explore your concerns and difficulties in an unbiased and encouraging way, so that we can work together in developing effective coping skills that will enable you to deal with your issues. I offer both long and short term therapy in a quiet, safe and confidential setting, and employ a variety of therapeutic techniques to suit your individual needs.

These include:

• Existential Therapy
• Psychodynamic Therapy
• Humanistic Therapy
• Integrative Therapy
• Person Centred Therapy
• Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

However, I also place particular emphasis on the therapeutic relationship.

I have experience of working with a diverse range of difficulties, including:

• Anxiety
• Stress
• Trauma
• Domestic Violence
• Addiction
• Relationship Problems
• Sexual Difficulties
• Bereavement
• Work Related Stress
• Eating Disorders
• Obsessive Compulsive Concerns
• Issues with Self-Esteem and Personal Development
