How can I help?
I believe emotional well-being is as important as physical health. If your mind is over-whelmed, stressed out and drained, it is very difficult to function effectively. When your emotional well-being is compromised life is a struggle.
Therefore one of the key aims in my work with clients is the offer of emotional support, in a safe non-judgemental setting. My sessions are designed to decrease stress and deconstruct the problems causing a client unhappiness. This means I help clients understand the underlying causes of their problem and help them identify a better way of resolving or managing negative feelings.
I trained as an integrative therapist – which means I draw on a number of theoretical models, which can be tailored to the individual needs of a client.
I have worked as a Samaritan and at MIND in the east end of London for many years, as well as having established a private practice.
